1. make sure to fully charge the battery first
2. install the wizard
3. run the wizard
4. follow instruction from the wizard (windows will detect new found device when connecting your device for the very first time and you should install the driver SMARTPHONE.INF)
5. after the flashing when the wizard is done, unplug cable and battery
6. re-insert battery and sd card
7. perform a master reset (hold blue center button while powering the device)
8. change the 2nd and 3rd settings to YES!!! use dpad (up/down) and center blue button (no/yes) then DONE!!!

It will change to a white screen, wait till finish and you are done.


You need a memory card, and cpu is overclocked @ 138 Mhz. If you wanna change the speed in Windows dir on the phone is OmapClock.exe simply create a shortcut in start menu and use it.
